Regulator Repairs:

Regulator Service Rate:                                                             $66.00
 (1^st Stage, 2^nd Stage, Octopus and Gauge)

Acid Bath                                                                                     $10.00

Regulator Service Rate Includes:

• Dis-assembly of the 1^st stage, primary 2^nd stage, and Octopus
• Inspection of the 2^nd stages
• Cleaning as required. (Acid bath requires additional service fee)
• Replacement of all scheduled parts as documented by regulator manufacturer
• Hose o-rings serviced
• Assembly of all stages
• Intermediate and cracking pressure set to manufacturer specifications
• High Pressure air spool inspected and serviced or replaced as required

OCA Cleaning (per tank)                                                                           $45.00

OCA Cleaning of Valves (per valve)                                                           $15.00

HYDRO (Includes VIP & Air Fill)                                                               $55.00

HYDRO w/VE Inspect (Pre-1988 Luxfer Tanks)                                       $65.00

Service Parts:

Parts are included in the service rate for all regulators under warranty. (a warranty replaceable part is determined by the regulator manufacturer). The Service Rate does not include the cost for non–warranty repair parts.

Warranty Requirements:

Warranty cards must be presented at time of service and performed at the manufacturers’ scheduled time frame to be kept active. The service documentation will be maintained on site, presented to the customer upon completion of the service, and sent to the manufacturer as required.

BCD Repairs

BCD Service Rate                                                                                         $22.00

  (Plus any parts that are not covered under warranty)

BCD Service Rate Includes:

• Dis-assembly of the BCD dump valves and power inflator
• Inspection of the valves
• Cleaning as required.
• Replacement of all scheduled parts as documented by BCD manufacturer
• Assembly of all valves

Service Parts:

Parts are included in the service rate for all BCDs under warranty, (a replaceable warranty part is determined by the BCD manufacturer. The Service Rate does not include the cost for non–warranty repair parts.

Normal turnaround time for service is 2 – 3 weeks
